GLYNN - John (Kilternan and Williamstown). December 7, 2025. We, the family of the late John, wish to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported us during this very difficult time. We extend our deepest thanks to an Taoiseach Micheál Martin who was represented by his Aide-de-Camp Commandant Barry Piper. We thank Monsignor Ciarán OCarroll for his introduction to the service at The Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook, and to Fr Gerard Tyrrell who so kindly came to our Home during a power cut and, by fire and candlelight, helped us to prepare the order of service. We are profoundly grateful to Eoin Hynes, whose beautiful singing throughout the service brought us a real sense of peace and comfort. Our sincere thanks to Andy for his quiet respect and support at Kilternan Cemetery. We wish to thank our wonderful neighbours for opening their driveways to accommodate all who travelled to attend Johns reposing at our home. We acknowledge with gratitude all those who helped in any way, through prayers, visits, phone calls, messages of sympathy, mass cards and practical support. Thank you also to Fanagans Funeral Directors, Dundrum, and Radisson Blu St. Helens, Booterstown. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Johns Months Mind Mass will take place in Our Lady of the Wayside Church, Kilternan at 12 Noon Sunday, January 11.
