ORMSTON -

John F. [Jack]. Highbury House, Ballymorris, Cratloe, Co. Clare, and formerly of Belfield Park, Limerick. Late of Ormstons Supermarket, Patrick Street, Limerick also in the tender care of Corbally House Nursing home for the last 6 years.

Passed away on October 20th 2025 peacefully in University Hospital Limerick surrounded by his devoted family.

Beloved husband of Rosemary. Dearly loved father to daughters, Rachel and Sarah, and sons, Frederick, Emmett, John, Marcus, Damien, Calvin and Jason. Sadly missed by his 17 grandchildren, son-in-law and daughters-in-law, sister Ethel, cousins Vida and Heather, nephews, nieces, and extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Teresa [Mimi] and Frederick, sister Joan and brothers-in-law Marcus and Paddy.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at Thompsons Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Limerick (tomorrow) Thursday (23rd October) from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral arriving at St. Josephs Church, O Connell Avenue Limerick on Friday (24th October) for Requiem Mass at 11.30am, followed by burial in St. Marys Cathedral, Bridge Street.

Requiem Mass will be live-streamed on https://stjosephsparish.ie/webcam/
