SHORTALL, Paddy (Ranelagh, Dublin) 24 December, 2024, peacefully, in the care of all the staff at Newtownpark Nursing Home; Beloved husband of the late Mary and loving father of Jim, Jane, Liz and Paddy Junior. He will be sadly missed by his daughters-in-law Anne and Hilda, son-in-law Mark and his adoring grandchildren Mary, Mazzie, Peggie Sue, Bonnie, Harry and James and his wide circle of friends. Rest in Peace. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday (27th December) at 11.00 am in Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook followed by cremation in Mt Jerome.
SHORTALL - Paddy (Winton Road, Ranelagh, Dublin 6) On the First Anniversary of the passing of our father, Paddy Shortall, who died on December 24, 2024, his family wish to express their heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported us during the past year. Your kindness, prayers, cards, messages and help were a great comfort to us. A special word of thanks to the staff of Newtown Park House Nursing Home for the exceptional care, kindness and dignity shown to Paddy during his final two years. As for the previous 84 years, we are truly grateful that his life was full of love, fun, friendships and craic. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation.
