EATON, George - Peacefully on Saturday 18th July 2020. "Shannon Lodge", Barrybeg, Athlone. Sadly missed by his loving wife Pat, daughter Sinéad, granddaughter Lily, sisters, in-laws, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and many friends. Rest In Peace. Due to Covid-19 restrictions and by adhering to government guidelines, a private family funeral will take place for George. If you wish to express your sympathies or pay your respects, please do so personally by phone or text or Mass cards by post.

EATON - George – On the First Anniversary of George’s passing, we, his family, would like to acknowledge with sincere thanks all those who sympathised with us at the time of our enormous loss. Your travels to Athlone or Mount Jerome, kind words, letters, prayers and other expressions of sympathy were very much appreciated. Thank you all for helping us to say goodbye to George/Dad/Grandad. In particular, we remember again the wonderful medical teams who looked after George, especially in Portiuncula hospital and in Sonas nursing home. Thanks too to Flynns Funeral Directors.
