FREEMAN, (née McGoldrick) Bernie (Loughlinstown, Co. Dublin, late of Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo) October 3, 2018 (peacefully) in the Carysfort Nursing Home, Glenageary. Dearly beloved wife of Norman and loving mother of the late Dvina; Deeply regretted by her husband, brothers Donald and Desmond, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews and her former colleagues from St. Patrick’s Boys’ National School, Foxrock where she was an infant teacher for many years. Removal today (Saturday) to St Anne’s Church, Shankill arriving for 10am Funeral Mass followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.

Dear Norman, I only found out that Bernie had died. She was my first teacher at Hollypark, in truth more like a second mother to her pupils. I'll never forget her kindness. May she rest in peace. Deepest sympathies. Tom Dwyer, Deansgrange
