O'KEEFFE John J. (Jack) - June 19, 2012, (Dundrum, Dublin), loving husband, father, brother, friend and mentor. Former Head of School of Architecture, DIT, Bolton Street, Jack died peacefully, in the excellent care of the staff at Private Ward 3, St. James's Hospital, Dublin. Jack, beloved husband of Joan (deceased), wonderful father to Catherine (Prunty), Martin, John and Miriam, father- in- law to Michael, Valerie, Helen and John and grandfather to Eoin, David, Shona, Tadhg and Roisin. Much loved brother to Maura (Greene), Rick (deceased), Edward (deceased) and Eda (Donnelly) and other close family including his sister-in-law Marie (Aherne) and Milo. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and wide circle of friends. Rest in peace. Reposing in his residence from 4.30 o'clock today (Thursday). Removal tomorrow (Friday) evening to Church of the Holy Cross, Dundrum arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral this (Saturday) morning after 10 o'clock Mass to Mount Venus Cemetery. No flowers please. Donations in lieu to Crumlin Children's Hospital.
