O'CONNELL Society of African Missions, (late of Cork City and the Archdiocese of Jos, Nigeria), August 17, 2016, (peacefully), at the Society of African Missions, Blackrock Road, Cork; Rev Fr. Jeremiah, much loved brother of Breda Keyes and the late Fr. Seán, SMA. Deeply regretted by his sister, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grand- nephews, relatives, friends and his SMA Confreres. Removal tomorrow (Friday) evening at 7.00pm from St. Joseph's (SMA) Church, Blackrock Road to St Joseph's SMA Parish Church, Wilton. Requiem Mass at 12.00 noon on Saturday followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery.Requiescat in Pace.

<p>Adieu my father.</p> You were the father I never hard. When I came in to st Louis college jos in the year 1980. I always hide at The school field to cry. And you would always walk up to me and console me. This was something you did on so many occasions you never got tired of doing it nor got mad at me.you were a special man. RIP.
