McDONNELL - Thomas (Tommy) - (Julianstown, Co. Meath and formerly of Collinstown, Co. Westmeath.) February 13, 2021. On the First Anniversary of Tommy's death, his wife Moya, his children, Nicholas, Ciaran, Jennifer and Laura, daughter-in-law, Claire, son-in-law, Paul and granddaughter, Tara, would like to express our sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with us and supported us at the time. We are very grateful to our kind neighbours, relatives and friends who stood outside our home as the funeral cortege travelled en route to the Church. We greatly appreciate the many phone calls, house calls, messages, Mass and Sympathy cards, letters, flowers and messages of condolences we received. Our thanks to Fr. Declan Kelly, who celebrated Tommy's Funeral Mass. Thanks also to the medical and palliative care teams of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital for the kindness shown to Tommy during his short illness and to P. Townley Funeral Directors, for their compassion and professionalism. Grateful appreciation to all who made donations to the Irish Guide Dogs and Bird Watch Ireland in Tommy's memory. As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our gratitude and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
