SMITH, Philip (Phil) (Rosemount Ave., Artane, Dublin) - December 27, 2011, (peacefully) surrounded by his family, in the dedicated and exceptional care of the staff at Setanta Ward, St. Mary's Hospital, Phoenix Park, beloved husband of Anna, and dear father of John, Mark and Diarmuid; deeply regretted by his loving family, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, sisters, relatives and friends, R.I.P. Removal this (Thursday) evening from the Mortuary Chapel, St. Mary's Hospital, Phoenix Park to The Church of Our Lady of Mercy, Artane, arriving at 5 30 o'clock. Funeral tomorrow (Friday) after 10 o'clock Mass to St. Fintan's Cemetery, Sutton. No flowers by request please.
