ROBINSON - Cora Anne (née Farrell) - Cornamagh, Athlone, Co. Westmeath and formerly of Coneyboro, Athy, Co. Kildare. Peacefully, surrounded by her family at Portiuncula hospital, Ballinasloe. Predeceased by brothers Noel and Ivan, sister Florence (Flor) and niece Erin. Deeply regretted by her husband George, cherished son and daughter Gareth and Georgina, daughter-in-law Claire, much loved grandson Alex, extended family, friends and neighbours. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Oncology team at Portiuncula hospital for the care and compassion shown to Cora in her final weeks. May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to the Irish Cancer Society. Reposing at Flynns Funeral Home, The Strand, Athlone from 2pm until 4pm on today (Tuesday) (June 9, 2026). Removal to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Coosan, Athlone on Tuesday (June 9) arriving for evening prayers at 5pm. Requiem Mass in St. Michael the Archangel Church, Athy on Wednesday at 11am followed by burial afterwards in St. Michael's New Cemetery.
