BYRNE (née Murphy) ("St. Therese", Hanover Road, Carlow and formerly of Ballinacarrig, Carlow) - October 15, 2012 at St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny. Ellen (Nellie), in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late John and much loved mother of Peter, Thomas, Mary (Kingston), Catherine, John, Helen (Tully), Elizabeth (Cummins), Anna Mary, William, Angela (Jennings), Nicholas and James. Deeply mourned by her loving sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters Elizabeth (Cissie), Fay and Anna Mary (Leavy), nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. RIP. Reposing at Carpenter Brothers Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Carlow from 12 noon today, Tuesday with Removal at 5.30pm (via Hanover Road and Ballinacarrig) to St. Joseph's Church, Tinryland arriving at 6pm. Requiem Mass tomorrow, Wednesday at 1.30pm followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
