BYRNE, Seafiled, Ballymoney, Gorey and late of Dun Laoghaire - December 4, 2015 (suddenly at home), Brendan, beloved husband of his darling wife Cora and loving father of Gary, Suzanne and Fiona and step-father to Darragh and Caoimhe. Deeply regretted by his wife and family, his sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law also deeply regretted by Ann, his nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives and many friends. R.I.P. Reposing at his home today (Monday) from 2 o'clock with removal tomorrow (Tuesday) at 10.15 o'clock to Our Lady Star of the Sea Church Riverchapel for Funeral Mass at 11 o'clock followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family Flowers only please. Donations if desired to Lions Club International and St. Vincent de Paul. House strictly private on Tuesday morning please.

On this the First Anniversary of Brendan's passing, Cora together with Gary, Suzanne, Fiona, Darragh, Caoimhe and the extended family, wish to thank all those who sympathized and supported us in our huge loss. Special thanks to Fr. Tom Dalton of Riverchapel and Aidan Murphy (undertaker) for their help, kindness and support at such a difficult time. Thank you to Brendan's friends in Seapoint Rugby Club and Seafield Golf Club for their support and their Guard of Honour at the funeral for which Brendan would have been immensely proud. To all who visited us during Brendan's lying at home, attended the funeral, sent Mass Cards and letters - thank you. We hope you will accept this as an acknowledgement of our heartfelt thanks.Forever in our hearts.
