HORAN, Joseph (Joe), (retired County Manager for South Dublin and Meath County Councils), (Rathfarnham, Dublin and formerly of St. Peter's Place, Arklow, Co. Wicklow), November 14, 2016, (peacefully) at St. James' Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Geraldine (née Heaslip) and adored father of Kevin, Gerry, David and little angel Joe. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing wife, sons, daughters-in-law Moya and Tracy, grandchildren Kitty, Roisín and Hal, sisters Dora, Mary-Carmel and Margaret, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at Sweeney's Funeral Home, Arklow from 5 o'c until 8 o'c this (Tuesday) evening and from 4 o'c tomorrow Wednesday. Removal tomorrow (Wednesday) evening at 6.30 to St.'s Mary & Peter's Church arriving at 7 o'clock Requiem Mass at 10 o'c on Thursday followed by funeral to St. Gabriel's Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to The Bone Marrow for Leukaemia Trust, collection boxes at Church.
