MOLLOY - James Vincent, (Celbridge, Co Kildare, formerly Taghmon, Co Wexford) October 17, 2022. As we approach Jimmy’s (Vincent’s) first anniversary, his wife Brigid, daughters Michelle, Katherine, Marie, Rachel and Deborah, siblings Lar, Kay and Eileen wish to thank everyone who supported us and our extended family at his passing. To all who attended the funeral home and the funeral Mass, travelled long distances, sent Mass cards, letters and online messages of sympathy, visited the family, provided meals, donated to SVP or watched the service online, we express our sincere gratitude. We are grateful to Ryan’s Funeral Directors and Taghmon parish for their assistance and guidance, in particular Fr Matt Boggan and the musical contributors Ann Wickham and Lorraine Willoughby who made the Mass so special. We would especially like to thank members of the Taghmon Fianna Fail Cumann who escorted Jimmy’s cortege to its final resting place. A wonderful tribute and a lasting memory for his family. The excellent lunch and service provided by the Talbot Hotel, Wexford after the funeral services was also much appreciated. Finally, we wish to pay tribute to Brigid and Jimmy’s neighbours in Castlevillage for their continuing support and kindness and are indebted to Lisheen Nursing Home in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin who took great care of Jimmy and looked after us all in the last period of his life and at his death. We offer this acknowledgment as an expression of our heartfelt gratitude.
Beannacht Dé oraibh.
