FORDE (née Reilly) Ann (Nancy) (Ballingarry, Kilchreest, Loughrea and formerly Caherlistrane, Co. Galway) April 3, 2016 (peacefully) at Galway Hospice after a long illness borne with great courage and dignity. Deeply regretted by her loving husband Martin, sons Sean, Mattie and Oliver, brother Ger, sisters Pauline, Agnes and Sally, grandson Killian, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends. Reposing in Kilboy's Funeral Home, Loughrea this (Tuesday) evening from 5.00 o'clock to 8.00 o'clock. Funeral cortege arriving to Church of The Nativity, Kilchreest for Requiem Mass at 12.00 o'clock tomorrow (Wednesday) followed by burial in Kilchreest New Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if so desired to Galway Hospice Foundation. House private on Wednesday morning by request."May her gentle soul Rest in Peace"
