TELFORD Evelyn Phyllis, (Belleville, Mountrath, Co. Laois, died December 29, 2010) - Her sons, William, Desmond and John together with their families wish to thank everyone who offered sympathy and support on their bereavement. Sincere thanks to all who attended the funeral service and burial, who telephoned and sent sympathy cards, Mass Cards and letters of condolence; to those who provided food and looked after the catering and for all the other acts of kindness too numerous to mention. The family would also like to extend sincere gratitude to Canon Ian Poulton who officiated at the Church Service and for his pastoral care. Thanks to all the clergy and lay readers, organist, choir, churchwardens, parishioners and neighbours for their support. Thanks to the local Gardaí, doctors and undertakers. Heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the staff of Portlaoise General Hospital and a special word of thanks to her carers. The family acknowledge with deep gratitude the on-going support of all their kind friends and neighbours. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of gratitude and appreciation to everyone.
