DEMPSEY Aidan (Foxrock, Dublin 18, formerly of Lower Dorset Street, Dublin 1 and late of RTÉ) - January 31, 2016, (peacefully), at St. Vincent's Private Hospital, Dublin, beloved husband of Sally, loving brother of Rory and the late Michael and Thomas and uncle of Ann, Helen and Marie; he will be sadly missed by his loving family, relatives and friends. Reposing at his home from 2.00pm today (Tuesday). Requiem Mass tomorrow (Wednesday) at 11.30 o'clock in the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Cancer Research can be made at the Church.May he rest in peace.
DEMPSEY, (Foxrock, Dublin 18). On the occasion of Aidan's First Anniversary, his wife Sally wishes to express her sincere gratitude to all who supported her during his illness including Dr. Fennelly and the staff of St. Vincent's Private Hospital and also the staff in the A&E Dept. of St. Vincent's University Hospital. Thanks to the neighbours, colleagues, friends and relatives who attended the wake and funeral and those who sent Mass cards and consoling letters. A special thanks to Fr. Frank Herron of the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock who officiated at the Requiem Mass and for being so accommodating.
