DORIS (John E.) (Corodooey House, Longford) - Died Dublin, February 28, 2005, born in New York, U.S.A., July 11, 1903, John's niece, Mary McGaver Dixon and his wider family are grateful to all of you who kindly sympathised with us, came to our house, came to the Chapel of Rest, attended Removal Services, attended his Funeral, provided a guard of honour, had Masses offered for him, prayed for him, sent flowers, sent cards, wrote kind letters and telephoned. The kindness and consideration we experienced was, and continues to be, comfort and consolation to us. Together with John, we greatly appreciated the outstanding care and kindness of the staff at Elmhurst Convalescent Home, Glasnevin, who looked after John for the last year and a half of his life. Please accept our grateful thanks to one and all. Mass has been offered for you.
