O'CONNOR Thomas A. (Tom) (Monkstown, Co. Dublin, late of An Bord Pleanála) April 2, 2016. Beloved husband of Sheila. Deeply missed by his sons Alan and Bodhidaka (Gordon) daughter Aibhín son-in-law Daniel Bray, daughter-in-law Julia, brother Michael, sister Ann, granddaughters Martha and Zoë, extended family and many friends. Humanist ceremony will be held in the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, Dublin 6w. on Thursday (7th April) at 3.00pm. followed by cremation.
