ELLIS, (née Tennison) Helen (Templeogue, Dublin) - November 15 2019, very peacefully, at home after a long illness, courageously borne, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Dearly beloved wife of John, devoted mother of Zoe and Jonathan, adoring Granny of Paddy, Bill, Dan and Ava, precious sister of Hazel Little, much loved sister-in-law to Ivan, James, Gabrielle and Lilian, loving mother-in-law to Andreya and Donal. Helen will be sadly missed by her extended family and dear friends. Funeral service this (Wednesday November 20) at 10.30am in Rathfarnham Parish Church, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium. Donations in support of Our Lady’s Hospice Harold’s Cross Home Care Team and Irish Cancer Society Night Nursing in lieu of flowers if desired. “You can shed tears that she has gone or you can smile because she has lived”
ELLIS - Helen (née Tennison) First Anniversary, November 15, 2019 (Templeogue, Dublin). Lovingly remembered and missed by her devoted husband John, children Zoë and Jonathan, grandchildren Paddy, Bill, Dan and Ava, sister Hazel and wider family circle and friends. We are sincerely grateful to all our friends, neighbours and colleagues for their kindness, messages of condolence and support. Special thanks to Prof. Crown and teams at St. Vincents and Tallaght hospitals and home care nurses from HSE, Harold’s Cross Hospice, Irish Cancer Society and Lillian (sister-in-law). Thank you to Canon Adrienne Galligan, Rev Gabrielle (sister-in-law) and Maurice for the lovely service celebrating Helen’s life. Helen lives on in our memories.
