McCRANN (née McEntee), Mona, (Monkstown, Co. Dublin) - Wednesday, 27 February, 2013 in the compassionate care of the staff at Carysfort Nursing Home. Dear wife of the late Pat and cherished mother of Aibhlín, Cormac, Oonah, Maighréad and Conor. Sadly missed by her family, her daughters-in-law, her sons-in-law and especially by her much loved grandchildren. Reposing at her daughter's home, Knapton Road, Dún Laoghaire, tomorrow (Friday), March 1st, 2.30pm-5pm and removal to St Patrick's Church, Monkstown, arriving at 6pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday, March 2nd at 10am, followed by burial in Deansgrange Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Go dtuga Dia suaimhneas síoraí dá hanam dílis

<p>truly a great friend</p> <p>some years ago i arrived in ireland with nowhere to stay mona gave me a bed and gave me meals when i offered to pay her she told me she was insulted she did it out of the kindness of her big heart i will always be grateful i knew mona thank you mona</p>

<p>Good Memories</p> <p>With best wishes to all Monica's family. I have very fond memories of working with Monica in LCI where she was a great support and a true friend. We shared many an amusing story. I shall never forget her warm smile and her liberal doses of TLC laced with sound common sense.</p> <p>Dear Monica, I think of her with great affection.</p>
