O'FARRELL (Coolock, Dublin and late of Eircom) - November 16, 2005 (peacefully), at Beaumont Hospital, John (Sean), beloved father of Johnny and late Paul; deeply missed by his son, sister-in-law Kay, nephews Michael and Sean, niece Clare, relatives and friends. Removal tomorrow (Friday) evening from the Hospital Mortuary Chapel to arrive at the Church of St Luke the Evangelist, Kilmore West, at 5.30 o'clock Funeral on Saturday after 10 o'clock Mass to Glasnevin Crematorium. No flowers please. Donations instead to St Michael's House, Ballymun Road, Dublin 9.May he rest in peace.
