KIRWAN, Liam, Shanakiel and late of Rathduff, Cork, Retired Prof. of Surgery U.C.C. and Cork University Hospital. Liam passed peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, after an illness borne with great courage and resilience. He will be forever loved and sadly missed by his wife Marie, children Janet, David, William and Nicholas, sister Mary, son-in-law Paul, daughters-in-law Bríd and Wea, his cherished grandchildren Hugo, Aoife, Oscar, Oliver, Ríona, Donagh, Laoise, Niamh and Nicholas, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and his many friends and colleagues, predeceased by his beloved brother Fenton. Reposing at the Temple Hill Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Friday (October 18th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
