BURNS (Saggart, Co. Dublin) (Died September 30, 2007) - James's wife Florence, son's Donal and Norman and family would like to thank everyone most sincerely for their kindness and support following the loss of our beloved husband, father, father-in-law, brother, cousin and much loved and loving granddad to Rachel, Heidi and Ingrid. We wish to thank all those who attended our house, the removal and funeral Mass, those who sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy and floral tributes. A special word of thanks to Fr. C. Carroll, Fr. J McCaffrey, Fr. M Shorthall, the choir ladies Kathleen, Hazel and organist Mary for making it a truly memorable service. Sincere thanks to Dr. Helen Enright and all the oncology staff at Tallaght Hospital for their excellent care to James throughout his illness. A special word of thanks to our many relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and support, notably James's long standing friends, Cathal Kelly, Brian Jacob and John Alyward, the captains, committee and members of S.V.G.C. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
