McGOWAN (née Branley) (Philomena) ("Seaview House", Rathcormac, Drumcliffe, Co. Sligo) - August 31, 2006 (peacefully), at home, surrounded by her family, after a long illness borne with strength and dignity; her amazing love, friendship and courage will be deeply missed by her husband John, sons John Anthony, Patrick (in Heaven), Joseph and David, daughters Jacinta (Monaghan), Caroline (Mullarkey), Frances (Ryan) and Rachael; sister of Chris, Padraic, Francis (Boston), Lily (Boston) and the late Joe and Maureen; sadly missed by her sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and her dedicated carer Mary Rose; adored Nana of Edel, Orla, John, Laura, Brian, Rachel, Carol-Ann, Sean, Colin, Paul, Dylan, Donal, Sinead, Patrick, Cathal, Aine, Kevin and Alan. Reposing at her home from 4 o'clock today (Friday). Family home private on Saturday morning. Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon tomorrow (Saturday) in St Colmcille's Church, Rathcormac with burial afterwards in Rathcormac New Cemetery."Ar dheis Dé go raibh a h-anam dílis."
