MAGUIRE, Gerard Aloysius Maguire, Gormanston, Co. Meath and formerly Foxrock, Co. Dublin. 31st December, 2024. Peacefully at his home, in the loving care of his wife and family. Gerard, predeceased by his parents Louis and Julia, brother Charlie and sisters Sr. Maureen, Sr. Eucharia, Cara and Ann. Beloved husband to Noreen and loving dad to Ciara, Conor, Odharnait and Cearbhall. Sadly missed by his wife, daughters and sons, daughter-in-law Áine, son-in-law Marc, Odharnait’s partner Mark, grandchildren Louis, William, Alexander and Matilda, sister Sheila (Australia), brothers and sisters in law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. May He Rest In Peace. Reposing at his home from 4 o’clock until 7 o’clock on Thursday. Removal on Friday evening at 7 o’clock arriving to St. Mary’s Church, Julianstown for Prayers at 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning at 11 o’clock which can be viewed on https://www.youtube.com/@stamullenjulianstownparish6485 Burial afterwards in Moorechurch Cemetery. Family flowers only please. On the occasion of his first anniversary December 31, we his family, wife Noreen, sons Conor and Cearbhall, daughters Ciara and Odharnait, grandchildren Louis, William, Alexander and Matilda, daughter-in-law Áine, son-in-law Marc and Odharnaits partner Mark, would like to express our deepest appreciation to all who attended the house and requiem mass, and all those who sent Mass cards, condolences and expressions of sympathy. We thank Bishop Éamonn Walshe and Fr Brendan Ferris for the celebration of Gerards life. We would like to thank Martina, David and all the palliative care team for their great care and support. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation.

May his gentle soul forever rest in peace.
