LAGAN (née McCullagh) Kathleen Philomena (Kate) - March 27, 2014. R.I.P. (Late of 25 Hampton Park, Belfast BT7 3JN) (peacefully), at home, surrounded by her loving family. Dearly beloved wife of Kevin and devoted mother of Peter, Julie, Nicola, Suzanne and John and adoring Grandmother of Johanna, Owen, Brian, Corrina, Cara, Emma, Connor and Marianne. Kate's remains will leave the family home today (Friday), March 28, 2014 at 6.30pm to arrive at the Good Shepherd Church, 511 Ormeau Road, Belfast BT7 3GS, for 7.00pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at the Good Shepherd Church tomorrow (Saturday) March 29, at 1.00pm, followed by interment in the Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery (St. Joseph's), Knockbracken Drive, Carryduff BT8 8EX Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if so desired to Marie Curie Centre, C/o O'Kane's Funeral Home, 116-118 Donegall Street, Belfast BT1 2GX

We are all poorer at her loss, Kate was a great friend and neighbour to my parents and is greatly missed. She was always so kind and thoughtful to my mother, driving her to Dublin to the doctors and taking my mother to Newry for lunch with her mother. We are all richer for having known such a kind woman.
