O'SULLIVAN (Keith) (Died Easter Sunday, March 27, 2005) - Colette, Fred and the extended family would like to express our sincere thanks for the support and kindness shown to us at the time of Keith's illness and untimely death, especially from all our friends and work colleagues. Thanks to the fourth floor staff of St Vincent's Private Hospital for their thoughtful care; those who attended and spoke at his Service, sent Mass Cards, flowers, letters, telephoned and travelled to be with us. Special thanks also to all those who wrote heart-warming letters to Fred about his Daddy. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our continuing appreciation.
