CUSACK (Weston Park, Churchtown, Dublin and formerly of Limerick and Esso Ireland) Jim, (James), in his 97th year, May 5, 2015, (peacefully), in the wonderful care of the staff in Cairnhill Nursing Home, Bray, beloved husband of the late Kay, (née Everard); he will be sadly missed by his sons Tom, Noel, Sean and Brian and daughter Mary, son-in-law and daughters-in-law, eleven grandchildren, brothers and sister and a wide circle of friends and neighbours. May he Rest in Peace. Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum today (Wednesday) from 3 o'c prior to his removal to the Church of the Good Shepherd, Churchtown arriving at 5.15 o'clock Requiem Mass tomorrow (Thursday) at 10 o'c followed by burial in Mount Venus Cemetery, Rathfarnham. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to St. Vincent de Paul.
