YOUNG - Tom, Terenure, late of (Rathmines and Cork), December 28, 2023. On Tom's first anniversary, his wife Mary, daughter Gill, son Adrian, son-in-law Dan, daughter-in-law Nicole, grandsons Conor, David and Ajay, his brother Paul, sisters Miriam and Bernadette together with the extended family, wish to express their sincere gratitude to all their friends, relatives and neighbours whom supported them during their beloved Tom's illness. The family also wish to thank the staff of St. Vincent's University Hospital, the Beacon Hospital and especially Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross who cared for Tom, showing such kindness during his final weeks, also Fr Pat McKinley for his beautiful celebration of Tom's Funeral Mass. Sincere thanks to Fanagans Funeral Directors for their kindness and professionalism during a difficult time. The family especially wish to thank all those who sympathised, sent Mass cards, beautiful letters and messages of condolence and those who travelled long distances to attend Tom's funeral. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this Acknowledgement as an expression of the deepest gratitude.
