PHILLIPS (Tuam Road, Castlegar, Galway) - October 28, 2013, suddenly at home; James (Jim), beloved husband of Ita and much loved father of Caroline, Seamus, Lorraine, Saundra, Garrett, Adrian and Colm. Very sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughters, his brother Michael, daughters-in-law Maeve, Carmel, Una and Maki, sons-in-law John and Donal, grandchildren, great-grandchild, extended family and many friends. Reposing at the O' Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway today (Wednesday) from 4.30 o'c with Removal at 7.30 o'c to St Columba's Church, Castlegar. Funeral after 12 noon Requiem Mass tomorrow (Thursday) to Rahoon Cemetery. Family flowers only by request. Donations, if desired, to Croí. 'May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace'
