SMYTH, Peter, (Maunsells Road, Galway and formerly Abbeylara, Co. Longford), April 22, 2017, (peacefully) at University Hospital, Galway. Sadly missed by his beloved children Peter and Joanne, brothers Dan, Bernard, Pat and Vincent, sisters Monica and Mary, son-in-law Devin, daughter-in-law Melissa, his adored five grandchildren, extended family and many friends. Reposing at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway today (Monday) from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Removal to the Church of Christ the King, Salthill tomorrow (Tuesday) to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11.00 am. Funeral afterwards to Rahoon Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Cancer Care West.'May he Rest in Peace'
