McCARRICK, (née McVann) Mary (Carricknagat, Collooney, Co. Sligo and formerly of Rathmagurry, Curry, Co. Sligo) - March 18th 2024, peacefully at home in the loving care of her family and friends. Predeceased by her beloved husband Tommie, her infant daughter Mary, brother Jim and sister Sr. Olive. Mary will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her daughter Eleanor, son Enda, adored grandchildren Peter, Christopher and Claire, daughter-in-law Barbara, son-in-law Liam, her brothers Paddy and Michael, sister-in-law Teresa, nieces, nephews and extended family. Fondly remembered by her exceptional neighbours, friends and former colleagues in Mercy College, Sligo. I líonta Dé go gcastar sinn. Reposing at Seán Feehily’s Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo (F91EH98) today (Wednesday), March 20th from 6:30pm with removal at 8:30pm to Saint Brigid’s Church, Corhownagh, Ballisodare, Co. Sligo for reception prayers at 9pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 2pm tomorrow (Thursday) March 21st, followed by burial in Rosses Point Cemetery. Reception prayers and funeral Mass will be livestreamed via www.churchtv.ie/ballisodare/ Family flowers only, please, donations in lieu if desired to North West Hospice via www.feehilys.ie/pay.
