HERBERT Dudley (Newtown, Castletroy, Limerick and Achill Island, late of Crescent College Comprehensive) - March 12, 2016 (peacefully) at Milford Hospice. Loving husband and best friend of Jackie (Kennedy) and adored father of Ruairi and Gavin. Deeply regretted by his brother Justin, sisters Niki (Jersey, C.I.) and Thea (St. Alban's), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, colleagues and his many friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at home in Newtown, Castletroy today, Monday from 5pm to 8pm. Arriving at Mary Magdalene Church, Monaleen tomorrow, Tuesday for 11am Mass. On the First Anniversary of Dudley's death Jackie, Ruairi and Gavin and the extended Herbert family wish to express our sincere thanks to all who supported us during the funeral and this past year. Particular heartfelt thanks to dear friends in Limerick, Achill and Letterkenny. We offer sincere thanks to the oncology team in the University Hospital Limerick and to Milford Hospice and to all who made generous donations to Milford Hospice in Dudley's memory. Thank you to all Dudley's colleagues in Crescent College Comprehensive, Munster School's Rugby and Old Crescent Rugby Club. A special thank you to Don and the senior players of the successful Crescent College Comprehensive rugby teams of 83, 86, 89 and 90. To our dear musician friends in Achill and Limerick, thank you for the sessions that Dudley enjoyed so much. We miss Dudley terribly and have been overwhelmed by your support and friendship which has given us so such comfort and strength.Everyman's life ends the same way.
