O'NEILL, Irene (née Cullen) (of Heathervue, Greystones, formerly Newcastle, Co. Wicklow) - August 3rd 2024 peacefully surrounded by her adored family, while in the exceptional care of all the staff at Wicklow Hospice, Magheramore. Predeceased by her sister Phyllis MacFerran, brother Gerald Cullen and niece Sylvia Molloy. Remembered with love by her family, husband John, son Gordon, daughter Karen, sisters Pippins Parkinson, Jennifer Cullen and Sylvia Molloy, brother John Cullen, daughter-in-law Deirdre, son-in-law David, cherished grandchildren Alice, Kealin, Maebh, Daniel and Lucy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and wide circle of friends. Reposing at her home on (Monday) evening August 5th from 6pm until 8pm. Ceremony to celebrate Irene’s life at 2pm (Tuesday) August 6th in The Bellevue Suite, Horse and Hound, Delgany (A63 DY20), followed by refreshments. Cremation will follow privately. No flowers by request, donations in memory of Irene to Wicklow Hospice, Magheramore, http://www.wicklowhospice.ie Irene’s family wish to thank all the staff at The Wicklow Hospice, St. Luke’s 1 Ward and ICU at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, for all their professional care and support shown to Irene and her family while she was in their care.
