HENNESSY, Tiernaboul, Killarney and late of Fermoy, formerly of Irish Helicopters and Hennessy Aviation, (peacefully), at his home, Michael - March 25, 2015, beloved husband of Margaret (Cotter) and loving father of Seán, Jacqui, Robin and Adam and step-dad of Roisín and Orlagh. Very sadly missed and dearly loved by his family, his parents Seán and Eileen, sisters Margaret, Anne and Deirdre, his grandchildren Oran and Roan, son-in-law Jason, his children's mother Norma, parents-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends R.I.P. Reposing at O'Shea's Funeral Home, Killarney today (Thursday) from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm. Removal at 6.30 pm to St. Mary's Cathedral. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Friday) at 10.30am, burial afterwards in Aghadoe Lawn Cemetery, Killarney. Family flowers only by request, donations if desired to the Irish Cancer Society, Daffodil Nurse.

<p>Michael Hennessy</p> <p>I worked for the Commissioners of Irish Lights and for some years was responsible for planning lighthouse helicopter operations when Mick was a pilot with Irish Helicopters. He was always most <span>courteous and helpful</span>, and I remember how kind he was to me personally. I am sorry to read of his death.</p>
