O'CONNOR, Timothy, Waterford. Tim's family deeply appreciate the sympathy and prayers of relatives, friends and neighbours in our bereavement. Our sincere gratitude to Dr Frank Walker, Waterford Regional Hospital, for his wonderful, professional care of Tim for almost six years. It will always be appreciated and will never be forgotten. Grateful thanks to Sister Eithne and the nursing staff at Peritoneal Dialysis. Sincere appreciation to Fr Ray Liddane who officiated at the funeral ceremonies for his kind and comforting words. Thanks to organist Sr. Una and soloist Vanessa Sadlier for the beautiful music. Sincere thanks to Patrick Hennessy, Funeral Director for his kindness and professionalism. Our gratitude to the children and teachers of Butlerstown School for the guard of honour. Heartfelt thanks to Cissie, Gretta, Phil, Theresa and Joan for their expertise in organising the catering. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere gratitude.
