JOHNSTON, Desmond (Des) - (Roebuck and formerly of Foxrock) also founder of Johnston Print and proud lifetime member of Elm Park Golf Club - May 5, 2014, after an illness bravely borne with great courage and dignity, surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff in St. Vincent's Private Hospital, beloved husband of the late Violet; deeply missed by his wife and best friend Valerie, children Bryan, Alan, Gary, Rhona and Ian, daughters-in-law Patricia, Dina, and Ev and Gary and Rhona's partners Mary and Teddy, his adoring grandchildren, brother Teddy, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. Removal this (Wednesday) evening to the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral Mass tomorrow (Thursday) at 11.30 o'clock followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.
