KANE, Maureen (née Spillane) (Castlerea Road, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Lackabane, Killarney, Co. Kerry). October 2, 2021 (Peacefully) at The Galway Hospice. Pre-deceased by her husband John and sister Eileen. Sadly missed and remembered with love by her daughter Rhona, sons Nicholas, David and Sean, sister Sheila, brothers Michael and Ned, her six grandchildren, daughters-in-law Catherine and Sandra, son-in-law Martin, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. May She Rest in Peace. Maureen will repose in The Sharkey Funeral Home, Ballaghaderreen this (Tuesday) evening from 6pm until 7pm (prayers at 7pm). Removal from the funeral home tomorrow (Wednesday) to St. Nathy’s Cathedral (via Castlerea Road) arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 12.00 noon, with the funeral proceeding to Kilcolman Cemetery.
