SHORTEN, Margaret (Nee Callanan) (Dunmanway Road, Bandon) - On July 10th, 2021, peacefully and surrounded by her loving family and in the exceptional care of the staff at Bushmount Nursing Home, Clonakilty. Margaret (nee Callanan) Dunmanway Road, Bandon. Dearly beloved daughter of the late Dr Eugene and Kathleen Callanan. Predeceased by her beloved husband Joe, brother John and sister Anne. Will be very sadly missed by her loving daughter Anne Marie, sons Ben and Eoghan, sisters Catherine and Elizabeth and brother Eugene, her adored grandchildren, Joe, Sam, Isabel, Paddy, and Leah, son-in-law Andrew, daughters-in-law Karen and Evelyn, brother-in-law John and sister-in-law Claire, extended family of many nephews, nieces and cousins and huge circle of wonderful neighbours and friends. May she rest in peace. Due to current covid compliance the Funeral Mass at St. Patrick's Church, Bandon at 12pm on tomorrow (Tuesday) 13th July will be restricted to family. Burial will take place in the adjoining cemetery thereafter. Those who would have liked to attend but cannot, may view the Mass on www.bandonparish.ie/live/. Family flowers only, please.
