LYSTER Vanessa (River Village, Monksland, Athlone and formerly of Auburn Drive) - Peacefully in her fifty-third year, September 23, 2019 after a long illness courageously borne, predeceased by her beloved father Joe, sadly missed by her loving mother Lola, sister Rosemary, Brothers Lionel and Nigel, sister-in-law Sinead, nephews Ben and Peter, niece Alice, aunt Mary, relatives and many friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at Flynn's Funeral Home, The Strand, Athlone, this (Wednesday) evening from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Thursday) at 10.30 in St. Mary's Church, Athlone followed by cremation afterwards in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, Dublin at 2.00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired in lieu to Parkinson's Association of Ireland.
LYSTER Vanessa, (late of River Village and Auburn Drive, Athlone). On Vanessa's First Anniversary, her mother Lola, sister Rosemary, brothers Lionel, Nigel and their families would like to acknowledge the wonderful support the family has received from Vanessa's friends, colleagues and neighbours during this sad time. This support is truly appreciated, and it has been a great source of comfort to us. We remember with kindness, the tremendous care she received in University Hospital Galway and Athlone Hospital for which we are eternally grateful. As it is not possible to contact everyone individually, the Holy Sacrifice of Mass will be offered for your intentions. Vanessa will be remembered for her friendly smile, gorgeous style and wicked sense of fun and we toast her memory. Remembering also Joe Lyster - Second Anniversary.
