McDERMOTT (Matt) (Lambpark, Turloughmore, Co. Galway) - Matt's wife Mary, his sons, daughters and extended family wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their heartbreaking loss on July 3, 2008. They would like to thank those who travelled far and near to attend his removal and funeral Mass. Very many thanks to those who phoned, sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy and floral tributes. A special thanks to Canon John D. Flannery, Dr. Brendan Day, the staff of U.C.H.G. and Merlin Park, the undertakers, grave diggers, altar servers, organist and choir, and especially all of our kind friends and neighbours. Our heartfelt thanks to the exceptionally kind home carers Mary, Teresa, Cath, Marie, Mary and Julie. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of their sincere and heartfelt appreciation.
