McCARTHY, May 10, 2013 - Late of Cross Avenue, Blackrock and Merrion Road, Dublin 4. Carmel, daughter of the late Daniel and Josephine and formerly of St. Vincent's University Hospital. Deeply regretted by her brothers, sister, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and colleagues. Rest in Peace. Funeral Mass on Tuesday May 14 at 10 o'c in the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery.

McCARTHY Carmel (late of Elm Cottage, Estate Avenue, Dublin 4) May 10, 2013 - Carmel's family would like to thank most sincerely all those who attended the funeral, sent Mass cards and letters of sympathy. A special thank you to relatives, neighbours, friends, Sister Manos in Caritas Convalescence Home and all the medical/nursing staff in St Vincent's Hospital who looked after Carmel so well during her illness. The Holy Sacrifice of Mass will be offered for your intentions.
