HAYES, Marie Thérèse, (Griffith Avenue, Dublin 9). (September 20, 2017). As we approach Marie Thérèse's First Anniversary, her brothers and sisters, Bernard, Denis, Frank, Catriona and Ger, together with the extended Hayes family, would like to express our heartfelt thanks to our relatives, friends and neighbours who supported us during our sad loss. We wish to convey our gratitude to Father Michael O'Sullivan S.J. who celebrated the Funeral Mass, along with his concelebrant, Father Liam Murtagh. Sincere thanks to those who visited the house as Marie Thérèse lay in repose and who attended the Funeral and Month's Mind. In particular, we thank those who sent Mass cards, letters of condolence, texts, telephone calls, floral tributes, and to all those who participated to make Marie Thérèse's Funeral Mass such an outstanding celebration of her life. We would also like to thank Professor Des Carney who took such wonderful care of Marie Thérèse during her long illness. To the staff of St Elizabeth's Ward in the Mater Private, who looked after Marie Thérèse so sensitively in her final days, we extend our appreciation. A special thanks to her many loyal friends and colleagues, whose continuing presence and support were such a great source of comfort to her during her illness. As it would be impossible to thank everybody individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our deep gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions. There will be an Anniversary Mass for Marie Thérèse in the chapel of St. Patrick's College Drumcondra, tomorrow, Sunday, September 16, at 1.00pm.
