DEEGAN, Mary (née Egar) (late of Blackrock, Co. Dublin and formerly of Glounthaune and Mallow, Co Cork) – October 23, 2024, peacefully, surrounded by her family. Wife of the late Patrick, she will be sadly missed by her children Patrick, Denise, Janet and Bryan, grandchildren Aimee, Alex, Joshua, Zoë, Ali, Jamie, Fay and Eve, in-laws, Vladi, Joseph, Peter, Sara, sister Bernadette, brothers Bill and Tony, relatives and friends. The family is appreciative of the incredible care that Mary and the family received at The Little Sisters of the Poor, Holy Family Residence, Roebuck Road, Clonskeagh. A Celebration of Mary’s life will take place tomorrow (Friday) at 11.00am in the Little Sisters of the Poor, Holy Family Residence, Roebuck Road, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14. Cremation Private. No flowers, please. Donations, if desired, to The Little Sisters of the Poor, Roebuck Road.

Dublin) - (Acknowledgement): - As we mark the first anniversary of Mary's death (October 23), her family wish to thank everyone who sympathised with them in their bereavement. In particular, those special family, friends, relatives and neighbours who travelled to attend her funeral mass and those who sent messages, letters and sympathy cards. We would also like to give special thanks to The Little Sisters of the Poor, Roebuck for their wonderful support. We are forever grateful of your exceptional care and compassion.
