QUINLAN - The Very Rev. Denis F. Canon Quinlan passed away on July 21, 2015 and interred in Kilmarnock Scotland. Deeply regretted and missed by his brothers Nicky and Seán, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, grandnephews, grand nieces, all his cousins and a large circle of friends. Mass will be celebrated in his memory at the Church of the Holy Ghost, Dennehy's Cross, Cork at 1pm on Saturday August 20.

Wth the death of Pope Francis i was reminded of Father Quinlan when he was at St Teresa's, Dumfries. He was a great priest, open and friendly hard working and inclusive. He was kind and tried to help me with my stammer. A life well lived and much loved by his parishioners. RIP
