MC DOWELL, (née Sloan), Doris, (Dunany, Dunleer, Co. Louth), June 30, 2016, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda surrounded by her family. Devoted wife of the late Donald, loving mother of Hazel Wills, Ivor and Amanda Larkin and proud grandmother of James, Adam, Mollie, Lily and the late Victoria. Doris will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, brothers Hal and Eric, daughter-in-law Patricia, sons-in-law James Wills and John Larkin, sisters-in-law Aileen and Marion, her nieces, nephew, relatives and friends. She is pre-deceased by her sister Flora. Reposing today (Friday) at Mc Geoughs Funeral Home, Jocelyn Street, Dundalk from 5pm until 8pm. Thanksgiving Service for Doris's life will take place tomorrow (Saturday) at St. Mary's Church Ballymascanlon at 2. o'c, followed by burial in adjoining Churchyard.In Heavenly love abiding

My deepest sympathy to Doris's family, Doris & I are first cousins, many fond memories when I visited my Granny in Athclare and Doris & I had lots of fun scaring each other in the castle! We are the same age & I am sorry she is gone
