KIERNAN Noel, (Shankill, Co. Dublin) -January 18, 1932 - October 27, 2013. On the First Anniversary of his death, Noel's family Colette, Brian, Aislinn, Gretta and David wish to offer sincere thanks to everyone for their kindness, love and support shown to them before, during and after their sad loss. We were extremely moved by the size of the congregation at the Funeral Mass and we will never forget the love and affection shown by all. We are overwhelmed by the sheer volume of Mass cards, letters and calls we received from friends, colleagues and relatives which makes it impossible to respond to everyone in person, but we would particularly like to thank Fr. George Wadding for a beautiful Mass celebrating Noel's life and the musical tribute by Rhonwen and Antonio will remain forever in our memories. We would also like to thank the staff of St. Vincent's University Hospital for all their support and help during Noel's final weeks. Thanks also to Robin in Colliers Funeral Home for his kindness and professionalism at what was a difficult time for us all. A memorial Mass will be held at 7.30 pm on October 28 in St. Anne's Parish Church in Shankill at which prayers will be offered for all of you.
