McDONAGH, Basil (Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada) - May 30, 2010 (peacefully ) after a short illness, in the kind care of the nurses and staff of the Victoria General Hospital. Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Winnie. Adored father of Lynn and Sharon and very sadly missed by his son-in-law Daryl, grandson Cody, brothers Paul, Rory and Brian, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral Mass was held Friday June 4 in St. Benedict's Church, Halifax.
