VARD, (née Gray) Lucy (Sandyford, Dublin) peacefully, May 4, 2020 at home. Devoted wife of Leslie (65 years married ) and cherished mother of Derek, Cathy, Wendy, Lisa, Conor and the late Paul, and their partners Roisin, Rod, Breff, Barry and Sinead. Idolized by her grandchildren Jason, Alison, Geoff, Hannah, Sophia, Aaron, Zach, Jamie, John-Marc, Paul,Christian, Joshua, Joseph and Charlie and by her pet dog Penny. Loved and nurtured by her carers Mita, Glenda, Agnes, Alma, Antra and Ellanie. Due to restrictions at this time, a private family Funeral Mass will take place tomorrow (Friday) in St. Mary’s Church, Sandyford at 10.00 am followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery. If you would like to view the Mass on webcam please do so on Sandyford Parish website . "The journey doesn't end here, death is just another path, one we all must take "
